www.atfrs.nsw.gov.au/publications under "media releases", and the full (65 page) Report, and a 2-page fact-sheet, are on the same site under "publications". Bob Makinson, secretary of NSW ANTaR commented: "On a first and second read, the report and recommendations look very good, in relation to no capping, a reasonable option for estimating current values, relaxed standards of evidence with due weight to oral evidence, and so on. Most of the principles advanced in the submissions made by NSW ANTaR and PIAC are addressed well. Some of the points we raised are not addressed, but not many. Issues to do with how any repayments are to be divided between beneficiaries are still somewhat open and first feedback to us from one claimant family last night suggests that this will be a difficult area. Overall, however, it looks pretty good."
